MISSION STATEMENT
To have a safe, nurturing and healthy environment for
children while families transition into a better living
situation, by improving their education and economic
lifestyle.
OUR GOAL
Agape’s goals are to provide stable and adequate non-
standard hour care for children in a safe environment,
bridging the gap for parents who are moving from the
welfare system into the workforce. Agape provides
stable employment in the community and provides parent
and home economic training to aid and assist them with
family restoration.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe in assisting children to build healthy
identities, which fosters high self-esteem. We also
understand that children of all ages learn through their
own experiences, trial and error, repetition, and imitation,
so our teachers guide and encourage the children’s
learning by ensuring that the environment is emotionally
appropriate by inviting play time, action exploration and
movement by the children. We believe that these
teaching techniques support a broad array of
experiences and provide a reliable framework of routines
that stimulate the children’s learning.
