Dr. Thibodeaux has a Doctor of Theology degree, a Doctor of Philosophy
degree and is a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelor or Theology
and a Master of Theology degree in Counseling and Pastoral Care.

Dr. Thibodeaux is also Founder and Executive Director of Oasis of Love,
Inc., a community outreach program addressing the issues of family
violence since 1986.

Dr. Thibodeaux has many strengths including developing programs that
meet the whole family unit. Her love and desire is to see families meet
their full potentials.  She is also author of Abuse: The Hidden Cry.




      
   



Mrs. Little has been a teacher for Agape Child Development Center
since the inception of our programs in 1997.  Prior to coming to Agape,
Mrs. Little worked for Especially Children Child Care and Montessori
Child Care with children of all ages and worked for the YMCA with teen
mothers as a Child Care coordinator.

Mrs. Little attended Hennepin Technical College and Minneapolis
Technical College and received her training as a Special Needs
Teacher.  Mrs. Little is responsible for the supervision of 16 staff
members and approximately 100 children.  His duties include, but are
not limited to complying with state and local requirements for child
care, communication with parents, receiving new child enrollments, and
the every day interactions of the business.
