They have two sons, Rufus, Jr., and Christopher, two daughters-in-law; Dawn and Jori, and six grandchildren. Dr. Rufus Thibodeaux, Apostle and Senior Pastor of Holding Forth the Word of Life Church was ordained in 1980 and accepted the Apostolic call in 1997. He has a Doctor of Theology Degree, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Theology.
